Many factors determine the value of a home. While the number of bedrooms and bathrooms are important (and of course... location, location, location) the most important factor is the climate of the current marketplace. This is something only an experienced Realtor with knowleldge of the area should help you with. With all the recent sales information, I can give you a realistic idea of what your home should sell for.

Also, we can come up with a plan to maximize your Return On Investment before listing. Some real estate agents will advise homeowners to make tens of thousands of dollars of improvements only to gain that exact amount back. What's the point? Sure, it gets the agent a bigger commission, but all it will get you is headaches. Any improvements that you pay for before selling should see a greater return than the money invested. Need help figuring out what to do to be ready to sell?  That's something I can help you with.
